Agxplore Head Shots 2016-27Tim developed a love for sales and business development while attending the University of Missouri, where he earned a BSBA in finance and banking. Prior to joining AgXplore Tim worked in the financial industry for fifteen years.  During this time he also owned and managed several real estate investment entities.

Joining AgXplore during the early years gave Tim the opportunity to work closely with the company’s founder to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.  Tim’s experience working for some of the nation’s most prestigious financial companies has given him vision and insight into what a world-class organization looks like and drives him to help move AgXplore in a winning direction.

Gunther Kreps is widely admired for his results-driven professionalism within the agriculture industry.  Gunther has been able to climb the corporate ladder based on his leadership qualities and sales growth achievements.  He received his Agronomic Business and Marketing degree from Purdue University.  Then joined the nation’s largest ag-retailer, CPS-Loveland (later Nutrien) where he held various management positions.  Gunther is active on several boards giving him instant access to agriculture trends and issues.

Gunther and his wife, Andrea (also a Purdue alumni) have one child, Annabel.  The Kreps family reside in Indiana where they operate a farm.

Agxplore Head Shots 2016-39Brandon works closely with university and industry experts to constantly develop new products that will lead the market.  His primary role is to bring products to the field that out-perform the competition with a high return on investment to the grower.   Other responsibilities include technical support and product registration.

Brandon feels fortunate that his position at AgXplore affords him the opportunity to have a mentor like Barry – and to truly make a difference to the farmer’s bottom line.  “For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of promoting and consulting with customers on how to increase their production with the AgXplore product line,” he says.

Brandon’s passion for agriculture stems from a long family history of farming. Both of his grandfathers were farmers and Brandon’s father and older brother still farm today. He treats AgXplore customers as if they were his family.  Brandon earned a B.S. degree in Agronomy from Southeast Missouri State University and his M.S degree from Arkansas State University.

Shane Van Fleet joined our team after building his career within the Crop Production Services organization.  Shane is an experienced agronomist with a vast knowledge of crops and soil types.  He is a farmer himself so he understands the importance of ROI.  Shane’s real gift is the way he is able to communicate with his audience.  He understands the competitive market and relies on his professional experience to lead others.

Agxplore Head Shots 2016-18Woody’s extensive experience within the industry makes him truly one of the best.  He has an in-depth understanding of crop protection products, crop nutrients, seed and custom application services.  His experience was acquired through his years of leading large ag retail and wholesale teams such as Agriliance and Terra Industries to growth and profitability.  His primary focus with AgXplore is to gain market share.  He works with national distributors, dealers and cooperatives to market the AgXplore product line.  Arkansas State is his alma mater but calls Memphis, TN home.

Agxplore Head Shots 2016-8Ivan spent a career as a Territory Sales Manager in ND with Bayer Cropscience and Legacy companies.  His experience up and down the agriculture chain makes him an asset to our sales approach.  He understands procedures and operations from the business side and more importantly, the product application in the field.  His focus is on increasing market penetration in Canada.
Ivan was raised on a grain/dairy farm in Southern Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with degrees in Agri Business and Agronomy. He lives in Harvey, ND.
